The WIKIAlps project relies on a professional partnership, which covers almost the entire alpine space. A total amount of seven partners representative of Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Slovenia and Switzerland, are working together with the aim of capitalizing both experience and knowledge on spatial development, to provide operative tools for cross border policy making in the Alpine Space. The different nature of the partners (five research centers, one private planning consultancy office and one association) ensures the involvement of a large number of stakeholders and policy makers at different administrative levels. The WIKIAlps partners share expertise in crucial development issues within the Alpine Space, having long-standing collaboration with local and regional authorities as well as relevant national and international networks in different areas such as ecosystem management, sustainable development and spatial planning, transport and mobility, public policies and tourism. The table below shows the detailed list of the WIKIAlps project partners.
